Where do you deliver the subscriptions too?
We currently deliver within the UK - European plans are in the pipeline so keep your eyes peeled!
When do you deliver?
There are set dates which can be found in the check out section. If you are already subscribing you will be notified by email when the next box will be delivered. We endeavour to deliver the box on the 1st Wednesday of each month.
What if I’m not in?
We have an agreement with DPD that, because your delivery is a box packed with food goodies, the driver must make the delivery on that day. In the delivery notes section please make sure to leave a comment where you would like the box delivered if no one is in.
How do I change the delivery address?
When placing your order, an account will be made for you. Please make sure any changes are made more than 48 hours in advance of delivery. Any queries please email email@example.com.
What if my delivery doesn’t arrive?
You will be given a delivery time and date from DPD that will tell you when to expect your box. If this has not happened please visit DPD website where they will give you a tracking update. If there is no further information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will follow this up for you.
